Non-Ticketed Visitors Have Access to Shop

Pittsburgh International Airport is the first airport since 9/11 to allow people without tickets to enter the terminal. The will allow visitors to take full advantage of all the airport shopping and restaurant options weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Another advantage of the program is the ability to greet travelers as they step off of their flight. People with a “myPITpass” instead of a flight ticket will still be subject to the same security procedures as travelers to ensure terminal safety.
